Foreign subscription

This article explains why you see either of these messages:

  • “There is a subscription on App Store / Google Play. However, it can’t be used because it is tied to another Legentibus account.”
  • “A subscription was found, but it does not match the current user. Please log in with [email address] to use the subscription.”

When that subscription was started, it was done from the other Legentibus account, and is since tied to that account. To use the subscription, please log in in the Legentibus app with the same account that you used when the subscription was started.

If you want to transfer the ownership of the subscription to your current Legentibus login, write to support@latinitium.com. Please state your current username (email address) that you use in the app, as well as the email address for the user that created the original subscription. To find the old email address, please select Restore purchases in the app menu.
