How to remove classes, or individual students

This article will show you how to remove individual students from your classes in Legentibus for educators, or to delete whole classes, and thereby free up student licenses to be used for other students.

To remove a single student

1. Log in to Legentibus for Educators
2. Click on CLASSES in the menu to on the left side of the screen.
3. In your list of classes, click on a class (check out this guide to create a class).
4. Click on a student to see more information about the student.
5. At the top, next to the name, tap on the pencil icon to edit the properties of the student. Note! A deleted student will no longer have access to all the books in Legentibus.
6. In the lower left corner of the window that appears, click the red "Remove" button to remove the student from the class.

If a student no longer is part of any of your classes, they will lose access to the Legentibus app, and will no longer be counted as active. The student license is then free, and can be used to add another student.

To delete a whole class

1. Log in to Legentibus for Educators
2. Click on CLASSES in the menu to on the left side of the screen.
3. In your list of classes, click on the class you want to delete.
4. In the view for the class, click on the pen icon right next to the name of the class (the header).
5. A window will appear, with a red DELETE button in the lower left corner. Click it to delete the class permanently.
